Because so much love goes into my cooking. I have been cooking since I was probably 10 years old and I have loved it. I thought about being a chef at one time but, I am not sure I want to LOVE work. Happy cooking!!

Italian Sausage Alfredo
Ingredients
Italian sausage - one link for every person eating
One jar of plain Alfredo sauce - any brand
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1 stick of butter halved
1 cup of milk halved
1/2 cup fiesta mixed cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated or shredded
1/2 pound to 1 pound of your favorite pasta. I like radiatore and penne
Salt and pepper to taste
Couple of good shakes of chives
Directions
Fill a stock pot half way with water. Add half butter and salt and pepper. Wait until hard boil, dump in pasta and cook per directions on the box.
Lightly cook sausage in some water just until firm. Slice into 'wheels'. Pour remaining water out of sauce pan. And rinse out pan.
Add, half butter to sauce pan, melt down over medium heat. And garlic and onion cook until transparent. Add sausage back to the pan and cook until until brown and crisping. Pour in jar of sauce, add milk and shake jar. Stir until well mixed and cooking down. Add in all of the cheeses and milk. Mix in the chives. Cook until all the cheese has melted and is hot all the way through.
You can serve it all mixed together or you can pour the sauce over the pasta individually. I like to have it with a nice thick piece of garlic bread.
Enjoy!
